Mad Mark's (+a weird video)

One summer's day in late May, my boyfriend and I made a quick trip to Kapitolyo in Pasig for lunch. We decided to check out Mad Mark's, a small, laid back restaurant known for their sandwiches and artisan ice cream. We weren't in the mood to try their famous man sandwiches just yet. Instead, we ordered generous and scrumptious servings of the White Cobbler Alfredo Pasta and the Zing Wings + Cajun Fries combo to share.

For dessert, I wanted to try the Salted Sumatra Ice Cream, but they were out of stock at that time, so I ended up with the Half-Baked Madagascar. I'd have thrown a tantrum, but despite not getting my preferred flavor, I still left the place positively happy and satisfied. If their main entrees don't impress you, I promise that their ice cream will make up for it. It's that good!

Convi's lucky (or unfortunate?) because his place is just a short drive/tricycle ride away from what is possibly our favorite food strip in the Metro. If I lived around the area, I think I'd have no other choice but to throw my weighing scale out the window.

Mad Mark's is located at 23 East Capitol Drive, Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City. For more info, check out their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/MadMarks.Resto.
